Lead Game Tester The senior tester for quality assurance must be the resident expert on each product the studio develops; they should fully understand every system, tool, and feature of the games. It is the senior QA tester’s responsibility to design and implement a strategy for putting the game to every test and supervising a staff of QA testers in the effective execution of the plan. For every component of the product, this person must define a methodology for testing and a process of isolating and identifying bugs.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada Montreal is the most populous municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec and the second-most populous municipality in Canada as a whole, after Toronto. Originally called Ville-Marie, or "City of Mary", it is named after Mount Royal, the triple-peaked hill in the heart of the city. The city is centred on the Island of Montreal, which took its name from the same source as the city, and a few much smaller peripheral islands, the largest of which is Île Bizard. It has a distinct four-season continental climate with warm to hot summers and cold, snowy winters. Enticed by generous tax subsidies provided by the Québec government, several major game companies have opened large studios in the city. The technology software industry in Montreal is booming like never before. At present, it's the third largest in the world, playing host to such giants as Ubisoft, Eidos, Square Enix, Warner and Motive Studios (EA). In addition, there are over 200 independent studios in Montreal.
