Primarily supporting care settings, such as Nursing/Residential homes and Learning Disability/Supported Living environments, we work towards developing collaborative relationships with our clients.

Due to high levels of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Shrewsbury Branch Team in the role of Recruitment Consultant.

On a daily basis you will be expected to:

  • Proactively source, interview and induct candidates in line with company compliance processes.
  • Build knowledge of the local marketplace, identifying new client opportunities.
  • Generate business opportunities with clients over the phone.
  • Build rapport and gain trust from existing clients through a proactive approach to account management.
  • Manage live bookings, making sure every client receives the best possible level of customer service.
  • Arrange staff training days for staff.

About you:

  • Previous business development experience.
  • The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure.
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's.
  • Organised, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Personable individual, who enjoys developing excellent working relationships with both staff and clients.
