Bank- Healthcare Assistant (Days or Nights)

If so we are looking for bank/adhoc Healthcare Assistant to join our wonderful team at Fairmile Grange in Bournemouth. Shifts will be offered an as-needed basis, we offer AM, PM, Nights and Weekend , making it an ideal opportunity for students, part-time workers, or those seeking flexible work to suit their personal needs.

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Your dedication to caring for others will shine through as you assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Main duties and responsibilities as Bank- Healthcare Assistant:

  • Providing person-centered care to our residents with warmth and empathy.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as dressing, bathing, and mealtime support.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and maintaining their independence.
  • Building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.
  • Always ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.

Skills and experience you need as a Bank Healthcare Assistant (Days or Nights)

  • Flexibility to work on a bank/adhoc basis, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the care home's needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A positive and friendly attitude is essential.
  • You actively demonstrate good communication skills.
  • You have a caring and empathetic approach to work.
  • Care experience is desirable however not essential.
