Primary Responsibilities: * Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.* Fuses identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to inpiduals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat inpiduals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.* Analyzes friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities* Supports the Production and Coordination of Doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.* The nomination of threat entities to the DoD BEWL as appropriate IAW ICD 203 and ICD 206, and internal Government SOP.* Maintain procedures, identify criteria, and review/validate DoD BEWL nominations from external organizations; modify, remove, deconflict and share BEWL identities considering analytical integrity standards (AIS), tradecraft, operational requirements, and national standards for watchlisting.* Review and validate DoD BEWL nominations which meet accepted watchlisting standards.* Conduct All-Source and I2 analysis of BEWL encounters and coordinate with DoD BEWL.* The Contractor shall assess identity attributes contained in images and videos to achieve identity resolution for persons of interest to the US Army and mission partners. Basic Qualifications * Demonstrates understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources* Demonstrates understanding of evaluation collected intelligence reporting, engaging with Collection Managers and developing collection requirement. TS/SCI Clearance Required; TS/SCI w/ Poly preferred Experience and Education Requirement: * Junior Level:* 1-5 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts.* High School Diploma, however, an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.* Mid-Level:* 5-10 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts.* Associates Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 10 years), however an Bachelor's Degree is highly desired.* Senior Level:* 10+ years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts.* Bachelor's Degree or 10+ additional years of experience (for a total of 20 years), however an Master's Degree is highly desired.* Expert:* 20+ years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained intelligence analysts, 5+ of which are in a management or leadership role.* Bachelor's Degree or 5+ additional years of experience (for a total of 25 years w/o degree), however an Master's Degree is highly desired.
