Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a PE Backed Healthcare business to lead them through a transformation period to grow further revenue towards an exit.
As CFO, you will take a firm lead in growing the business through acquisitions and integration as well as organic growth. You will also take the lead of boosting the performance and productivity of the business to increase revenue. Through the transformation period, you will identify and formalise a clear plan to track the financial progress of the business.
Working alongside the CEO and members of the executive team, key responsibilities include leading the finance function by taking the lead role in M&A, maintaining strong relationships with investors, influencing the fast growth of the business, developing strategic and commercial insights, and managing the finance team.
