Job Title: Client Success Manager (m/f*) (New Healthcare Company)

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favourable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and adoption of our 3M M*Modal Speech Recognition / Artificial Intelligence / Natural Language Understanding/Coding and Analytics products. You will be part of the 3M Health Information Systems Division (HISD) and will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Execution - ensuring consistency of response, support and relationship management post-sales through to support

Strategy and Planning - understanding the clients’ short and long-term strategy with the goal to further integrate 3M solutions

Client Care & Advocacy - coordinate with 3M Heath Information Systems departments to increase user adoption of the 3M M Modal solutions, resolve client issue resolution, escalation and rapid response to requests, and responsible for overall satisfaction of the client account

Retention and Revenue - responsible for client continued partnership with 3M M*Modal on existing products and for recognising additional business needs/sales opportunities with the clients and sharing those opportunities with the sales team

Leadership and Coordination – will own the client relationship and client focused interactions.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications, experience, and personal characteristics:


Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or IT, or equivalent through experience


Healthcare IT software solutions and / or healthcare operational experience

Direct client relationship management including executive level

Experience of defining and delivering ambitious plans within time pressures

Personal Characteristics:

Trusted client relationship skills with ability to find creative (win/win) solutions

Emotionally intelligent and able to manage difficult situations with diplomacy and empathy

Enthusiastic and passionate for healthcare and Health Technology

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Excellent presentation and educational skills

Highly effective influencing skills

Unwavering integrity to deliver shared successes

Role Location: UK region

Travel: 30-50% expected
