Job Description The position will serve as the Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) supporting the Intelligence Business Unit of the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector operations providing oversight of the Augusta, Georgia office and expected growth of over 75 personnel clearances. The CSSO will develop, administer, and audit the security program for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data. Duties will include document control, NATO briefings, access control, alarm tests, new hire orientation and badging, assisting with active proposals (including after hour support to the proposal teams and invoicing and wrapping for delivery), and alternating 24/7 duty phone assignment. As CSSO, this person manages the program to ensure compliance with DoD policies at Top Secret sites with Top Secret safeguarding and must comply with all government regulations. Must have a working knowledge of the NISPOM, SEAD's, and ICD's. Must be customer service oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Demonstrated experience as a successful leader within the security community.* Experience representing an organization with external entities.* Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.* Experience in many facets of security to include physical, industrial, and CI.* Extensive knowledge of the NISPOM, SEAD's, and ICD's. * Experience with DISS (Defense Industrial Security System), and Intelligence Community (IC) databases.* Top Secret clearance to be considered and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
