My client is a cutting edge healthcare provider looking to recruit a talented, customer-focused Patient / Healthcare Advisor for their team in Farnborough.
You will have excellent customer care ability, able to sensitively and accurately deal with complex issues, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You will be tech savvy and able to grasp a range of systems and technologies as this is a very progressive, digital environment.
The opportunity will see you managing the entire experience of patients under the treatment of the healthcare business, managing live chats and incoming enquiries, from initial contact, through to appointments, prescriptions, aftercare and much more. You will be dealing with inbound telephone enquiries, online communication and also liaising with a wide range of contacts, which could include clinicians, pharmacists, GP surgeries, and much more.
