Compliance, Legal, Audit & Regulatory Technology (CLAR) provides technology support and development for Legal & Data Controls, Compliance Risk & Audit, Financial Crimes, Front Office and Second Line Risk, Employee Compliance, Regulator Regulations, Market Surveillance, and Regulator Change Management.

The eDiscovery team is seeking a Tech Bus Systems Associate. This team member will work in a team environment to support the legacy RMS (Request Management System) and future Unified Workflow Tool (UWT) platform.  Candidate will write user stories, maintain parameters in UWT,  write unit test, and test new development against business requirements across web applications. This position works directly with our development agile team  and testing teams.  

Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes: 

• Identifying automation opportunities
• Working with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure common direction and compliance
• Supports user story creation and testing activities
• Participates in creating project, application and support documentation
• Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.  
• Documents programs using Agile development practices. 
• Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. 
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain. 

Technologies involved includes eDiscovery andUWT Software stack. The candidate must be experienced in various Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and have a solid understanding of technology and data


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 2+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with eDiscovery tools such as ZLUA zDiscovery, CAMM or Symantec Enterprise Vault
  • 1+ year of Agile experience
  • 1 + year of experience with Agile tools
  • 1+ year of JIRA experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Microsoft Visio experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology

Other Desired Qualifications

• Experience with working with offshore teams
• Self-motivated
• Wells Fargo business analysis experience
