Job Title: NHS Integrated Care System Business Partner (m/f/x*) (New Healthcare Company)

This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The impact you have in this role
As an NHS ICS Business Partner in London and South-east for Medical Solutions Division you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here\'s how to make an impact:
Building full market knowledge at regional level of the ICS to support shaping the 3M MSD business strategy
Identifying, establishing, and maintaining professional relationships with the NHS at a regional level
Representing MSD as a trusted Business Partner to the NHS
Ensuring high levels of visibility within the NHS at senior / executive stakeholder level
Responsible for regional customer partner relationships to develop initial growth and ongoing nurturing to deliver commercial success
Leading the ICS commercial collaborations to maximise profitable growth and drive business success
Establishing a Key Opinion Leader network to shape and validate MSD solutions
Delivering value / outcome-based strategies to senior level customer stakeholders
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications/experience:
Degree level qualification preferably in a Medical, Scientific or Business discipline;
Advanced experience in Wound care / MedTech Market - former positions could include Senior Business Development Manager, Market Access Lead, Commercial Lead, Transformation Lead
Proven experience of interacting and influencing senior decision makers within the Health Care market, preferable at ICS level
Strong commercial skills including contract negotiations and proposal / business case submissions
Comfortable working with innovative solutions
Ability to analyse and interpret data and present meaningful insight
Ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders;
Developed an established network of NHS executives
An individual that has a passion to explore innovative ways to develop commercial opportunity
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience of process transformation in the Health Care Market
Working knowledge of Project Management or Continuous Improvement
Advanced Sales / Marketing qualifications would be an advantage
Experience in delivering service improvements to enable product growth
Location: London / South-east role can be Hybrid or remote
