Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies. Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.Responsibilities:* Independently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in- depth supply chain and industry knowledge.* Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives.* Leads large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.* Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.* Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.* Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.Education and Experience:* University degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.* Requires 12+ years of experience in a supply chain function.* Cross-functional experience of managing complex supply chain transformation or other operational transformations in a global high-tech industry with deep program management skills* Seasoned Consulting skills with ability to design, influence & drive stakeholders engagement* Experience in scenario planning and complex modeling across tax, finance, operations and material flowsKnowledge and Skills:* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills to design, forecast, scenario planning.* Appetite to learn fast and work in a fast paced dynamic environment with a strong focus on change management & process improvement.* Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex financial analysis and modeling.* Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.* Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.* Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.Impact/Scope:* Works across multiple countries and businesses; works horizontally and vertically.* Decision-making implications extend to multiple functions and/or businesses, and impact the business directly.* Frequently interacts with Senior executive leaders in the organization.Join us and make your mark!We offer:* A competitive salary and extensive social benefits* Diverse and dynamic work environment* Work-life balance and support for career development* An amazing life inside the element!
