Night Shifts Only ·Provide documentation coverage for assigned healthcare providers, which involves listening to audio records of patient clinic visits/encounters using AI technology and support tools to summarize medical facts, findings and prescribed treatment plan into a professional clinical report/provider note format. Clinical reports/provider notes include but are not limited to history of present illness, physical exam, results, assessment, and plan. ·Navigate client electronic health record (EHR) to enter clinical reports and data directly into client’s EHR. ·Document clinical reports and data into EHR in adherence with client’s guidelines, workflows and note templates. ·Audit AI technology clinical report and data summaries for accuracy and completeness against audio recording of patient clinic visit/encounter. · ·Audit AI technology clinical report and data summaries documented in adherence with client’s guidelines, workflows and note templates. ·Maintain a high-quality of standards and adherent with account specific documentation guidelines and requirements. ·Accept and apply client provider feedback to improve documentation. ·Collaborate with manager and client business leads with successfully resolving issues/addressing opportunities. ·Actively participate in ongoing educational sessions and in-services to maintain and enhance standard of care and clinical pathways knowledge. ·complete required clinical education hours needed to maintain active licensure/certification. ·Meet on-going training and education requirements, productivity, and quality metrics. ·Participate in internal and client facilitated quality and process improvement discussions to improve AI technology accuracy, provider experience In Health Information Management (HIM) you will be responsible for the practice of acquiring, analyzing and protecting digital and traditional medical information vital to providing quality patient care.

• Previous experience working with Electronic Health Record system such as Epic, Cerna or Athena
