What would you do?

Night Shifts Only · Provide documentation coverage for assigned healthcare providers, which involves listening to audio records of patient clinic visits/encounters using AI technology and support tools to summarize medical facts, findings and prescribed treatment plan into a professional clinical report/provider note format. Clinical reports/provider notes include but are not limited to history of present illness, physical exam, results, assessment, and plan. · Navigate client electronic health record (EHR) to enter clinical reports and data directly into client’s EHR. · Document clinical reports and data into EHR in adherence with client’s guidelines, workflows and note templates. · Audit AI technology clinical report and data summaries for accuracy and completeness against audio recording of patient clinic visit/encounter. Complete required clinical education hours needed to maintain active licensure/certification. Meet on-going training and education requirements, productivity, and quality metrics. · Participate in internal and client facilitated quality and process improvement discussions to improve AI technology accuracy, provider experience In Health Information Management (HIM) you will be responsible for the practice of acquiring, analyzing and protecting digital and traditional medical information vital to providing quality patient care.

Previous experience as a medical scribe or performing medical summarization role Related outsourcing operations experience Previous medical reviews/health related audit experience Experience or training in the medical specialty of Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Family Medicine/General Practice, Pain Management, Nephrology or Urology Previous experience working with Electronic Health Record system such as Epic, Cerna or Athena Knowledge of utilization management process and ability to interpret and apply member contracts, and member benefits, preferred. Previous medical coding and knowledge of Diagnosis Codes ICD-10 and CPT codes desired""

• Clinical Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a health/clinical related field such as nursing, pharmacology, kinesiology, sports medicine or occupational/speech therapy or experienced health agent with a minimum of 1 year experience working in healthcare.
