Hunter Gatherer are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant start ASAP in an outstanding Hospital ward in Halstead, Essex

You Will:

acaLook after patients of adult ages who need extra support with getting back to their baseline mobility before going home.
Rehabilitate patients by encouraging mobility and independence through all activities of daily living.
Ensure all care is provided in accordance with company policies.
Build professional relationships with patients and colleagues.
