I am looking for candidates who has atleast 1 year healthcare experience based in a care home settings and preferably have NVQ2 or higher. You must be confident in working as part of a team or alone depending on the needs of the service and be able to complete daily tasks to a high standard. Duitesd would include suppoorting clients with getting wahedand dressed in the morning , support with oral and denture care, nutritional and hydration needs and meeting emotional and psycholgoical needs . You will be required to complete daily records and montioring to highlight a clients day to identify changes in health and wellbeing.
