the role.
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Consultant to join our existing client to help them with the transition of their newly purchased care agency to have a strong co-ordinator base here in Suffolk. What an opportunity!
Our client who are based in Ipswich have acquired a care agency and are in need of their first Ipswich based employee to help them service the clients of this new business. They have full NHS framework in place and the jobs are pouring in, there is also a database of over 2,000 active candidates, we just need the co-ordinator to pull it all together.
The business currently operates in the care industry, but with more senior appointments, so they have all the back office and compliance support that you need.

Wow, this really is a chance to get stuck in. Although you will be working on this new part of the business you will be joining a team of around 16 people, they believe in working hard and being a supportive team, there is lots going on outside of work for you to join in with if you like that sort of thing, but its not enforced!
You have lots of work here, immediate shifts to fill, and lots of bonuses to be earned!
It really is a great team with lovely management, a great place to be if you like a busy, fun and inclusive environment.
what were looking for.
We really do need care co-ordinator/recruitment consultant experience for this role. Ideally you will have worked within NHS framework, but the fulfilment of requirements is whats most important here. You need to be able to focus in a busy environment, prioritise and handle ever changing demands, you need to be able to handle the ups and downs that are always part of a job like this, but you have everyone around you to lean………..speak to us to find out more.
