    Manatee Memorial Hospital is currently hiring for Full-Time Food Server in Bradenton, FL.

    This position reports to the Patient Services Manager. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic employee to enhance, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our patients and guests. The Healthcare Host/Hostess will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise. It is considered essential personnel that contributes to the health and wellness of our patients and the community.     Job Overview: The Healthcare Host/Hostess works three 12 hour (645 AM to 715 PM) shifts per week (36 Hours), 72 Hours a Pay period to include every other weekend. Is responsible for effectively communicating with patients, staff and guests of the hospital to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock. Major responsibility includes taking patient meal orders, delivers carts to the correct floor or patient area, collects trays and placsd garbage and trash in designated containers and replenish floor stock with food and nutrition items,

Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours).

    Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and lift up to 25 pounds. Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location): Generally, in an indoor setting; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
