The successful candidate will be responsible for the B2B marketing of EBO’s software solutions to all stakeholders (customers, partners and suppliers) and especially hospitals and other healthcare providers.

This individual will play a critical role in identifying potential clients within our pipeline (that is then ‘farmed’ by the sales team), communicating product benefits, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in the AI sector and learn from collaboration with industry experts.

· Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

· Proven experience in healthcare industry marketing, with a deep understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and customer needs.

· A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing software solutions to the NHS.

· Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the healthcare sector.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex healthcare concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results on time.

· Collaborative and adaptable team player, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

·An interest and understanding of technology and AI would be considered an asset.
