A Healthcare & Inquest Solicitor is required to work as part of a thriving Healthcare department providing Healthcare advice to a range of public and private sector Health trusts and organisations. The firm operates flexible and hybrid working with office across the UK.

The Role
The Healthcare & Inquest Solicitor will join a department employ over 70 staff and the role will incorporate helping health and social care clients across a wide range of issues, such as;
Treatment and best interest matters
Consent to treatment issues
Mental Health and Mental Capacity law
Information law
Inquests
Confidentiality
Public law - advising commissioning and service provider organisations on governance, funding and treatment decision making
Litigation - Court of Protection matters, judicial review challenges and mental health tribunal work
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with Healthcare & Inquest Solicitor experience, preferably within a leading healthcare law practice. The candidate will be highly confident and professional whilst being self motivated.
