We are currently seeking a Healthcare Provider Information Technology Advisor to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

The NTT DATA Healthcare Provider Consulting Practice has excellent opportunity for an experience Managing Director to engage at customer's executive suite as an advisory, transformation collaborator aligning desired business outcomes to their transformation journey in sync with emerging technologies and NTT DATA's robust portfolio of industry solutions. As a trusted advisor in performance improvement, technology, strategy, data and analytics and innovation they will advise on the needs and best practices of healthcare technologies to advance clinical excellence.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Develop best practices in transitioning from traditional to innovative care delivery and reimbursement modalities and support standards, protocols, leadership, and direction all being in a place so that the organization provides the highest quality of care

  • Build on relationships and create new relationships with partner companies such as AWS, Azure, SAP, Google, servicenow, Salesforce, snowflake, databricks

  • Create action plans pertaining to cloud, configured platforms, and data & intelligence

  • Advises clients on technology strategic plans for anticipating opportunities, analyzing competitive posture, and developing/implementing successful programs based on that analysis

  • Serves as an expert to communicate to our clients regarding clinical and healthcare trends and issues at the local, regional, state, and national levels

  • Advocate for clinical innovations that address clinical needs, workforce management, and informatics education aligned with the organizational strategy and national priorities

  • Master's degree in technology field a plus

  • Certifications in ITIL, NIST, HIPPA Compliance, DRBC, Blockchain, Agile is a plus.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience leading technology innovation planning and execution to drive business market differentiation in Healthcare Provider segment

  • 8+ years' experience working with Healthcare C-level executives to influence and define HIT strategy roadmaps and architecture/blueprints aligned to business outcomes

  • Experience in cloud configured platforms and data & intelligence in combination of the following: Cloud advisory, cloud migration, IoT, disaster recovery and business continuity, experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and Oracle cloud, Agile Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, Epic architecture

  • Project/Program experience leading projects in the healthcare industry to achieve process improvement, enhance patient care, and/or improve practice profitability

  • Bachelor's degree in technology and/or healthcare equivalent experience

  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% based on client demand

  • Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology and/or healthcare equivalent experience

  • Master's degree in technology field and/or Certifications in ITIL, NIST, HIPPA Compliance, DRBC, Blockchain, or Agile

  • Knowledge/experience with Cybersecurity a plus
