Key Responsibilities:
Build and Lead: Develop and lead our healthcare recruitment division, taking charge of strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations and work a 360 recruitment role.
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their unique staffing needs.
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and place exceptional healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary data, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Team Building : As we grow, you\'ll have the opportunity to build and mentor a dedicated healthcare recruitment team.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, ideally within the West Midlands.
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
Highly motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
