Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor
A Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a leading Top 50 Insurance firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor to join their well-respected Advisory team where you will provide legal advice supporting the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
The role will involve undertaking a wide range of advisory and mental health work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector. You will advise on matters of general healthcare law including patient complaints, SUI and Ombudsman investigations, and a variety of other health legislation including mental health.
Applications are invited from Solicitors who have a solid track record undertaking Healthcare work and experience of Inquests or Court of Protection work would be a real advantage.
