Remuneration: £55,000-£60,000 Neg. + uncapped commission giving OTE £90,000-£110,000 first year

The role of the Healthcare Sales Manager - Modular Accommodation Hire will involve:
- National field sales position, promoting the hire of large modular complexes, typically 20-40 bays and order values from £250,000-£5m+ (average order £1.5m-£2m)
- Predominantly a new business development position, although you will inherit a small number of existing tier one main contractors working at hospitals
- Targeting NHS trusts private healthcare providers etc.
- Targeted with achieving circa £6m revenue
- Leading and managing the strategy for achieving growth of rental revenue
- Building relationships with key decision makers such as facilities managers, cost consultants, estate managers as well as tier one main contractor and D&B contractor relationships
- Working collaboratively with our clients existing modular rental team, the marketing team and bid managers
- Spending time on construction sites, technical support and some site surveys may also be required
- Typically 12 weeks from enquiry to delivery
- Large modular complexes can be made up of any number of bays as each large modular complex is completely bespoke in respect of m2
- You will be required to advise on layout of modular buildings based upon the required footprint (e.g. double story / partial double story etc) and convey customer requirements to design, and commercial management via bid launch process
- Fantastic internal support and telesales generated leads
The ideal applicant will be a Healthcare Sales Manager - Modular Accommodation Hire with:
- An understanding of healthcare sector procurement processes
- Field sales experience from within the construction hire industry, ideally modular
- May consider traditional build or M&E field sales experience into the healthcare sector
- Open to someone who has worked at a main contractor and managed healthcare customers
- Ideally 5 years in a similar role
- Would consider a strong modular hire background with mixed sector experience, so long as you can demonstrate at least 2-3 healthcare projects
- Contacts with main contractors and building contractors is not essential
- Commercially aware
- Ability to quote/ price jobs and understand site surveys
- Ability to close deals
- Hunger/ appetite for new business
