Healthcare Advisory Solicitor or Barrister – The healthcare team of this leading ‘top tier’ law firm is investing heavily in its Liverpool offering at Associate and Senior Associate Level. Exciting opportunities are available for Solicitors, Solicitor Advocates and Barristers. Based in Liverpool, you will advise on a range of matters including mental capacity and depravation of liberty issues as well as being involved high profile Inquest and Court of Protection work.
Summary
A role which draws on a varied skill set
Healthcare work in this team draws on everything from public law including Judicial Review to mental health law and human rights. Whilst advocacy experience is by no means compulsory, the hiring managers are also looking for those with a genuine interest in this area. The team includes solicitors, solicitor advocates and barristers with sharp advocacy skills and the successful candidates must ideally have an interest in honing their own advocacy expertise.
The team is looking to attract experienced solicitors and barristers with exposure to healthcare work. Equally, they are keen to speak to candidates with transferable skills who have a genuine interest in healthcare. If you have prior experience in other areas such as personal injury litigation especially EL/PL and are looking to gain healthcare experience, we would like to hear from you.
