HR Business Partner (12 month FTC) - Private Healthcare
Compass Corporate Services are proud to be partnering with a leading private Healthcare organisation, who develop innovative solutions for patients to have quality clinical care delivered in the comfort of their own homes. At present, we are in search for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team to cover maternity leave on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will collaborate with various departments and leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and implement HR initiatives coming in with a commercially savvy mindset and ability to drive cost saving activity.
Key objectives for the post holder will be driving a performance culture and supporting stakeholder's to establish sound performance management frameworks with robust metrics. The role will be covering half of the UK workforce including IT, finance, commercial, delivery and nursers.
The objective for this post is that the postholder will be operating as an established business partner, bringing a strategic planning mindset, working on initiatives that will support their business function.
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
- Prior health/social care experience preferred
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 (Preferably level 7 or working toward)
- Previous experience with succession planning
- Prior stakeholder engagement
- Strong experience in change management and organisational design.
There is a salary on offer is 60,000.
