Peachford Hospital in Atlanta is recruiting a Psychiatrist for their Inpatient Geriatric Services.
Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed private facility owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) one of the nation's leading hospital management companies. It is one of the premiere providers of behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment to Atlanta and the Southeast. Diverse multidisciplinary treatment settings include Inpatient, Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Services for children, adolescents, adults and senior adults.
Duties include:
Admission evaluations, treatment planning and treatment team leadership and daily clinical care of patient and administrative activities related to that patient care.
Position is full-time with a Monday-Friday schedule.
Position Highlights include:
**Ideal candidates will be Board Eligible/Certified in General Psychiatry with recent Geriatric experience or BE/BC in Geriatic Psychiatry.
**Must have an Active GA license or the ability to obtain a GA license.
**Must be interested in Geriatric Inpatient population.
