The JSF Training Logistics Support Lead will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of running the Training Logistics program. This assignment requires the ability to provide technical services required to perform supply operations supporting F-35 Maintenance and Pilot Training at NAS Lemoore, MCAS Beaufort, Eglin AFB, Luke AFB, and MCAS Miramar. Responsibilities include leading a perse team of on-site Spares Coordinators while coordinating with supply support / item analysts, & repair coordinator personnel. This role will manage the effective support to efficiently meet customer service expectations and time objectives within the existing financial constraints meeting all objectives.The successful candidate will have a technical background with knowledge of logistics and support of F35 Simulator and training hardware. This position requires excellent communication skills to interface with the customer and appropriate functional disciplines to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks. Builds effective relationships with strategic customers, both internal and external while working to continuously improve our competitive position. Possesses strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office software.Basic Qualifications:• Experience in Logistics, Depot Operations, or Supply Support• Experience successfully building customer relationships with external customer program management offices or military depots• Understanding of Contract Requirements and ability to prioritize repair activity• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Logistical IT systemsAbility to obtain and maintain Secret clearanceDesired Skills:• 2+ years leadership in LSE, logistics or depot operations• Previous technical experiences in training, FMS, or repair operations• Previous experience working with F35 Program customersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
