NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract award, funding and tasking.The Level 2 Tier 2 Help Desk Technician will apply subject matter knowledge to high level analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation.Resolves problems, which require an intimate knowledge of the related technical subject matter.Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions.Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: identity management, medical and legal transcription, scientific encoding, environmental, scientific, maintenance and repair processes, business processes, and logistical support activities.Required Qualifications:* Active DoD Secret clearance* DoD 8570 IAT II Certification* BA/BS in Computer Science in related field (additional years of experience and/or certifications may be considered in place of education)* 4+ years of experience* Experience in Cloud, Azure, MS Office 365 support environments* Ability to work remotely in an environment dedicated to professional Help Desk support for Customers* Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environmentScheduled Weekly Hours:40Travel Required:Less than 10%T elecommuting Options:Telecommuting 100%Work Location:Any Location / RemoteAdditional Work Locations:We are GDIT.
