Primary responsibilities include designing and developing these applications and coordinating with the rest of the team to successfully work on different layers of the infrastructure.  CORE RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable C# codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these issuesParticipate in the full development of life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and retirement.Provide upgrade, enhancements and break fix solutions in an accurate, professional manner in a timely fashionAnalyze system performance to ensure it is meeting availability and performance objectivesWork internal and external teams to create new enhancements as well as troubleshooting and fix issuesKeeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developmentsAttend and actively participates in departmental and interdepartmental meetings QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems and .Net FrameworkStrong understanding of object-oriented programmingSkill for writing clean, readable, and reusable C# codeFamiliar with various design and architectural patternsKnowledge of different concurrency patterns in C#Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationProficiency in Microsoft SQL including standard CRUD operations, TSQL and Stored ProceduresExperience implementing automated testing with unit testsKnowledge with software development methodology and release processesAbility to seamlessly transition between working inpidually, within a small team, and a part of a large group EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent technical degree is strongly preferredAt least 5 years of experience in a professional environment designing and implementing C# software solutions requiredExperience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL is required OptionalAzure application service, databases, functions, and other azure servicesFundamentals of Docker and Kubernetes Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is highly competitive and will be discussed upon further review.
