Job Summary:

The National Owner Accounts Manager, strategic accounts, has primary responsibility for driving revenue growth and increased specification share for Zurn Elkay's portfolio of products within the healthcare industry, including influencing, originating, and managing opportunities with hospitals, hospital systems, and other types of healthcare facilities. This position is a key partner in developing and implementing sales strategies to grow new construction and retrofit opportunities across all of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions' products and services. This position is a key contributor to the success of the National Owner Account (NOA) team, which focuses on Zurn Elkay's largest, most strategic potential customers. This strategic role will coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and promotional programs, ensuring each are actioned accordingly in partnership with the Zurn Elkay field Sales Organization. This role requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and secure new NOA accounts & relationships to expand Zurn Elkay's NOA portfolio and presence within the healthcare market.
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth and increase specification share for targeted accounts within the healthcare market in alignment with annual goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the key contact for existing and new NOA customers.
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matters experts both internally and externally to drive specifications growth for Zurn Elkay products and services within the capital projects/new construction group of assigned accounts.
  • Recommend new solutions by leveraging the Zurn Elkay installed base to support future customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales Organization to negotiate and implement long term business agreements around the full portfolio of Zurn's products, including its digital products and services.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business, improved customer satisfaction and reduced operational costs. Accurately provide monthly forecast data to the Commercial Sales organization.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in marketing, engineering, or management.
  • 10 years of strategic account management or sales management experience.
  • Experience selling into healthcare systems and top hospitals.
  • Experience in commercial / industrial water safety, plumbing, or building materials sales within healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
  • Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
