Job Title – Orthodontic Territory Business Manager ( m/f*) ( New Healthcare Company)

3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favourable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.   

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Orthodontic Territory Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients’ lives

  • Implementing 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives

  • Developing and managing sustainable business opportunities

  • Supporting and engaging customers through education & training

  • Creating strong business relationships with key decision makers

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Sales experience within the health care/dental industry

  • Knowledge in CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools

  • Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience

  • Analytical and data driven

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills

Additional qualifications/experience that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Oral care clinical background

  • Orthodontic care/sales experience

  • Good organisation skills

Travel: Field based role

Role Location/Sales Territory: Scotland /North England ( down to Manchester/Leeds )

Ideal candidate location: Candidate must live on territory as detailed above
