An enthusiastic Project Co-Ordinator is needed to join the team of a dynamic and vibrant healthcare agency specialising in medical education based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation where you will be involved in supporting the operations of a healthcare communications agency specializing in medical education.

This role is mainly working from home, it is expected you will attend the office in Chesham (HP5) at least one day a week.

This boutique medical communications agency specialises in mid-sized Rare Disease companies. The company believe that strong science and creativity are not mutually exclusive, and pride themselves on a team that delivers both.

Working at the forefront of the company, the Project Co-Ordinator responsibilities include procuring office supplies, managing equipment, arranging travel, booking meeting venues, overseeing event logistics, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with client-related projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be dedicated, friendly, and client-focused, while also being able to work as part of a team.

To qualify... You should be a Project Co-Ordinator / Office Co-Ordinator / Project Administrator / Administrative Assistant / Project Assistant or similar who can demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. (Essential GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science.)
  • Must live within a 20-30 minute commute from the office in Chesham.
  • Well-spoken with a professional and polite telephone manner.
  • Dedication and a strong work ethic.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • Proficiency in office-related tasks and administrative duties.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work in a flexible environment, including remote work
