We are a fast-growing company in search of highly skilled and experienced recruitersto join our team of remote consultants.
As the market for permanent healthcare staff grows, there is an opportunity for Frank and Partners to assist with a full staff complement ranging from support workers to registered managers and service managers.
This role is essential as it will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talents for various positions.
Understand your clients' ever-changing bsiness requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants
Manage and maintain an effective candidate database
Provide feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
Ensure that all internal recruitment processes comply with company policies and regulations
You will be part of a fully remote team which will involve regular meetings via Teams, working to KPI's and daily/weekly/monthly reporting of figures to your line manager.
At least 12 monthsof proven experience in arecruitment role, or an eagerness to learn and a willingness to be daring and try new challenges
Solid experience in candidate sourcing and selection processes or the willingness to complete online training which will give you the tools and knowledge on search and selection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in using LinkedIn to headhunt, effectively network and recruit for your roles, or willingness to learn
Confident in negotiating terms and fees with clients
