Our client specialises in the development and operation of luxury retirement communities. An established business who have a portfolio of 9 retirement communities, either in development, awaiting planning or open, with around 900 units and a total sales value c. £900m.

Our client is seeking an experienced sales professionals to join their team as a New Build Senior Sales Consultants. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the market and selling off plan retirement properties from 400k to 6m. You will have experience in Retirement Living Sales, the role is based on site in Berkhamstead, or Stanmore or Hampstead.
Responsibilities :

  • Generating and qualifying leads for new build properties
  • Conducting property tours and presentations for potential buyers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Maintaining relationships with developers and builders to stay informed about new developments
  • Staying current on market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Retirement Living sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the new build property market
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
