Share this job Description About the Role We are looking for a dedicated inpidual to join our team as a Security PMO Assistant Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Assistant Manager include managing the day-to-day activities for PMO function, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, ensuring project management staff manage projects complying with the regulatory, licensing and also compliance requirement, and also collaborating with other intra-security team leaders to develop processes and procedures. To be successful as a PMO assistant manager, you should demonstrate strong project management skills and communication skills. You should be well organized and able to work under pressure. Responsibilities ? Work in the Security Project Management team which is part of the Security Cloud Infrastructure Security team. ? Collaborating with other intra-security team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. ? Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. ? Assisting to analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. ? Assisting to provide financial reports and budget outlines to senior management. ? Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards. ? Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. ? Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. ? Developing PMO reporting metrics with risk and compliance teams' collaborations and input. ? Implementing intra-security teams' processes and also project management tools. ? Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. Requirements ? 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. ? Must be proactive and possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal). ? Demonstrated success in defining and launching IT projects and security-related products. ? Remote work using collaboration and IM software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc. ? A Bachelor's degree. ? Technical background, with experience in the IT industry including digital solutions or infrastructure or cloud-related or application development. ? Excellent teamwork skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. ? Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. ? Has to be proactive and passionate in a Startup environment. ? Strong attention to details and technicalities.Salary Range: $100K -- $150K *Minimum QualificationTechnical Project Management, Business Project Management
