About the Role

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking a global Industry Marketing, Senior Manager for the Healthcare and Public Sector.

You will develop and execute an integrated global marketing program and supporting plans that emphasize market specific content and messaging for awareness and demand generation that guide end-to-end campaigns and solutions. You collaborate closely with many parts of the business including sales in multiple regions, a range of marketing teams, industry subject matter experts, sales enablement, pre-sales, partner management, customer success, and customer experience. The goal is to drive an ongoing program of market engagement with the focus industries and punctuate that with a schedule of specific propositions and solutions for global campaigns designed to drive new opportunities within existing customers as well as new customers. This role is also responsible for industry strategy around developing the top level messaging, value propositions, personas, use cases, and case studies to support sales enablement

The position requires an independent, results-oriented professional with expertise in strategic marketing plan development and execution. You will be confident as an SME and in drawing out from other SMEs the distilled messages and supporting proof points that are the foundation for SS&C Blue Prism’s Healthcare and/or Public Sector Industry point of view. You will also be responsible for working at a strategic level as well as the detailed execution.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years industry/product/solution marketing experience with additional or coincident 7+ years in Healthcare and/or Public Sector
  • We cover many related subsegments, so marketing experience in multiple of the following areas is ideal: Federal, State and Local Government, Higher Education, Healthcare, Health Insurance, and Life Sciences
  • Global minded with a focus on collaboration for regional execution
  • Proven history of creating and executing effective marketing programs including messaging, positioning, persona definition and development, go to market plans, content strategies, collateral creation, and campaign guidance.
  • Experienced in writing compelling customer-focused messaging content, guiding campaigns and drafting website copy that resonates with all key personas and relevant audiences
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a marketing program, including messaging and core content, to drive pipeline, conversion and retention of new and existing business in the Healthcare and/or Public Sector
  • Create an industry segment go to market plan to guide programs to target specific Healthcare and/or Public Sector segment opportunities by way of use cases, personas, messaging, and go to market motions.
  • Act as the primary industry driver for your segment, aligning efforts across central and field marketing teams, Analyst Relations, sales enablement, partner, and sales teams
  • Create, commission and curate priority use cases, solution briefs, demo videos, blogs, ebooks, Thought Leadership content, webinars, and more
  • Initiate analyst inquiries for segment guidance, messaging validation, and to brief the analyst community on Healthcare and/or Public Sector segment plans and initiatives
  • Identify key industry specific marketing opportunities through ABM, events, editorial opportunities etc. and successfully guide and collaborate with the rest of the marketing organization – brand, AR, and creative, campaign teams, partner and event marketing, customer experience, and more
  • Collaborate and work with the campaign team to identify opportunities for demand generation across all online and offline channels
  • Guide the promotional strategy and tactics for vertical assets/content including emails, landing pages and other marketing messaging
  • Engage with the campaigns and demand marketing teams as they manage the execution of the ongoing thought leadership, and demand generation activities, with an eye to receive feedback and validate messaging, content and programs in order to apply learning to existing and new industry initiatives
  • Ensuring the latest industry messaging and use cases inform and is present in launches and campaign events including seminars, webinars, trade shows, on-site workshops, integrated online campaigns, partner enablement, etc.
