Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, US Healthcare Payor/ Provider Analytics!
We are looking for a business analyst who would be responsible to lead business intelligence and analytics projects for a healthcare account. The business analyst will be responsible for working with lead business analysts to deliver end-to-end business intelligence and analytics projects working closely with lead business analysts.
Responsibilities
• Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to claims, population health, and clinical operations related projects for a large US-based Provider/Payor clients.
• Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problems and define the solution and drive conversations.
• Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
• Identify areas of innovation
• Guide offshore developers and data architects in the implementation of solutions.
• Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues.
• Should work closely with the business leadership and connect with different operations teams of various accounts within the organization to pursue activities related to proposals, costing, and resourcing.
• Should be managing a team of analysts with different levels of experience & expertise. Take care of career paths, goal management, appraisals, trainings, recruitment etc
• Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA
• Has worked extensively in the Healthcare Provider/Payor analytics space with hands-on experience in the consulting analytics.
• Has past work experience on healthcare solutions such as claims analytics, real world evidence, patient 360, population health management, value-based care, outcomes research, provider analytics, network utilization, Fraud waste and abuse, adherence and cost benefit of treatment studies, treatment pathways and cost reduction etc.,
• Good command on SQL/Python coding languages and tools to perform analytics.
• Decent hands-on experience on Power BI to enable insights through visuals.
• Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting/due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore ability, building solution architecture.
• Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics delivery.
• End-user thinking while developing KPIs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst
• US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
