JOB INFORMATIONExempt; full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; full-benefits* Associate Software Integrator: $58,548 - $70,257 per year* Staff Software Integrator: $62,697 - $75,236 per yearThis professional, technical position provides comprehensive software integration and webmaster support for numerous County agencies. These agencies are involved in initiatives on a Windows platform in a Web and client/server environment. Supervision is received from the Applications Services Manager based on written work plans and priorities approved by IIT management and the affected agencies' leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Define and develop reports and data analysis to facilitate effective business decisions* Implement and administer hardware/software solutions* Troubleshoot and maintain installed software solutions* Work with system users to define new requirements by analyzing systems and business procedures* Test and evaluate new software, technology, and processes* Develop, implement, integrate, maintain, and support system conversions and migrations* Participate in software system procurement from requirements gathering through to implementation, and including vendor management* Plan, coordinate and conduct formal and informal training programs for County employees as needed* As needed, operate a County vehicle to transport PC equipment and provide support at user locations* Perform other related duties as requiredTo perform this job successfully, an inpidual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
