Our client is looking for a Strategy Manager to take responsibility for the overall growth and development of the agency, partnering with brand teams to accelerate growth with existing clients, leading response to new business enquiries, and driving targeted pipeline activity with potential new clients. They are made up of an experienced team with a proven record of turning science into effective communication with healthcare professionals, patients and the public.

They are a creative-focused agency, with a large percentage of their remit made up of promotional and branding work, as well as some medical education. They are a close- knit team who enjoy celebrating success together with regular events, including “Happy Hours”, and foster an inclusive environment with no hierarchy, with the owners happy to “roll their sleeves up” and get involved.

Candidates must have:

  • 4+ years experience in a mid-level Strategy/Account role in healthcare (this role would suit an experienced AM/SAM)
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience using market insights to drive business performance
  • Strong PPT skills
  • Degree level qualification (ideally in science related field)
