Title Technical Support Engineer Location Sunnyvale, CA What you need to succeed Prior experience in the realm of digital marketing in at least one the following - Providing operational and campaign execution for Marketing emails Providing operational and execution support in the implementation of tags, pixels, cookies on a site to enable marketing campaigns Providing operational and execution support in data systems such as Customer Data Platform (CDP) or CRM system Providing operational and execution support in configuring systems and tools to run promotions, affiliate partnerships, Significant experience in a software environment implementingsupporting complex, multi-tiered enterprise software applications Experience writing and debugging SQL statements, XMLJavascriptHTML are required. Experience with one or more database platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, or MySQL) is required Experience with web services APIs, database connector. A proven knowledge of database-centric, internet-based systems Additional skills expected Highly Organized, curious and interested in learning new technologies Demonstrates awareness and commitment to customer satisfaction Worked in a technical role recently (within the past 5 years) that was working with business enterprise customers Has held a role that required at least 20 of their time to be spent problem solving with data Ability to multi-task and work through problems independently Excellent Communications skills (written verbal)
