OverviewIf you are an ambitious writer, excellent storyteller with strong generalist skills, we are looking for you. You will engage with us at the worldrsquos largest social network to create purposeful technical documents to boost user experience on a digital platform. You will explain complex information data in a clear and concise manner while ensuring the accuracy of product descriptions. This would be an extremely rewarding role in a fast paced environment with high expectations, Requirements Exceptional writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, and communication (Minimum 3-5 years experience). Experience collaborating with writers, visual designers, and other cross-functional partners. Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically. Thrives in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Must be a self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in accordance with departmental processes and standards with minimal supervision. Experience with creating technical documentation, training program documentation, user manuals, and updating hardware and software documents. Hands-on experience in creating digital documentation, and technical guides in Dozuki or similar software. Experienced in creating interactive multimedia content. Familiarity using photo and video editing software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficient in all design-related programs and intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Passionate and skilled in producing photography and video highly preferred. Bachelorrsquos degree preferred Skills PowerPoint, Wikis, Basic web design, HTML, CSS, Markdown, Media-wiki markup, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or other image software Nice to have Dozuki (or other step-guide creation experience), SharePoint, and G-Suite. Familiarity with data centers, server hardware, network, or supply chain preferred. Must have strong experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects Additional Responsibilities Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team building efforts. Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-WikiKnowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested
