Our client, a creative studio, is seeking a UX Researcher to join the team.You will report to the Creative Director and be responsible to:Conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies with developer users on UX flowsLiaise with cross-functional stakeholders (design, product, engineering) to plan and execute weekly rolling usability studiesCollect and analyze findings and provide recommendationsDebrief with stakeholdersCoordinate with the participant recruiting teamCommunicate and archive weekly resultsAnalyze and author report on quarterly UX metricsWriting scripts and conducting user testing, looking to build your experience in executing applied research to improve products that impact millions of users worldwide.Plan and conduct weekly remote and/or in-person usability studies, primarily with developer users looking at UX flowsCollect and analyze findings, provide recommendations, and debrief with stakeholdersMusts:2-3 years of experience working as a UX researcherTop skills: SEO experience, Research and strategy experience, Audit performance, Planning and best practices, Stakeholder interviews, Client workshop hostingUnderstanding of user research methodologies, especially evaluative research, and ‘lab-based’ studiesGood working knowledge of the principles of experiment designExcellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsSome experience conducting research studies and light knowledge of survey designGood time management and timeliness to meetingsKnowledge of / experience with Google suite of toolsAbility to work autonomously and know when to ask questionsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceEmployer Details:Onward Search is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in an employment with regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state and local laws and ordinances.
