Req ID: 210699WD-2The Web Platform Development Lead will coordinate with IT, SEO, UX and other members of the Web Strategy Team to lead the on- and off-shore teams in their daily stand-ups and sprints. This role will be instrumental in running the daily stand-ups, coordinating with IT for releases, grooming tickets, keeping the backlog up to date, reporting on sprint performance and leading the overall development roadmap for the website.Job Responsibilities:* Coordinate with all teams (seo, cx, ux, gtm, analytics, creative services, etc), key stakeholders and act as the lead coordinating teams to manage execution of overall strategic direction of website development sprints.* Partner closely with on- and off-shore development teams to ensure all ticket are aligned to a sprint calendar and backlog is continuously being filed with new tickets to advance the success of the platform.* Lead all Agile Scrum meetings and coordinate all activities necessary to hit release dates and continuously deliver zero-bug deployments.* Communicate and update stakeholders on all sprints, burndown charts, grooming sessions, retrospectives, velocity, backlog status, and deployments.* Work with key stakeholders to set intention for each sprint and gain approval for sprit planning.Basic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years* Certified Scrum Master* HTML/CSS/JS/JQ* Some experience working with off-shore development teams* Experience managing site changes in highly matrixed environment* Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager* Understanding of SEO,UX, CX and how it relates to UCDPreferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Development, Project Management or Web DesignExperience: 10 years experience in Agile Scrum, Scrum Master or Product Owner* Certified Scrum Product Owner* Object oriented, front-end, server integration, back-end development experience* Excellent CommunicationDeluxe Corporation is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, disability, sex, age, ethnic or national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or presentation, pregnancy, genetics, veteran status or any other status protected by state or federal law.EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/DisabilityPlease view the electronic
